Conejos are rabbits. 400 Conejos are also known as the Centzontotochtin, and they are tied to the myth of Mayahuel, who dispenses aguamiel, or pulque, from her 400 breasts which are often depicted as agave leaves. After sipping on the aguamiel/pulque, the rabbits become “drunken bunnies” and are known to cause mischief and mayhem in their drunken states.
