Both tren de milono and tren de molienda refer to an industrial agave crusher which is a line of mechanical crushers. Large metal cylinders, frequently studded with bumps, roll over agave and reduce it to a pulp. Since this is a capital intensive process, it is used for industrial level operations, especially in the tequila world. Here is a video of FIJAL’s tren de molienda at Patrón.
