Nose: Leather, caramel
Taste: Although this espadín is macerated with Oaxacan coffee beans, the coffee flavor is subtle, coming through on the second or third sip. The undertone is slightly vegetal with a hint of charcoal, giving way to peppery and a delicate sweetness reminiscent of fruit blossoms. Coffee on the finish, along with caramel and a faint note of eucalyptus.

- Roast: In-ground oven
- Crush: tahona
- Fermentation: Open fermentation in pine tinas
- Distillation: Distilled in copper pot stills, left to steep with macerated Oaxacan coffee beans for one month, and distilled again.
