Now this is a mezcal menu

The recent swing through Southern California for last week’s Spirited Conversations meant bar visits and a review of lots of menus. This one from Madre Mezcaleria in Torrance really stood out because it breaks out mezcals by agave and it’s just so damn clear, even in a low light bar setting. More of this!

Max co-founded Mezcalistas with Susan way back in 2012. Before that he was a journalist at Salon.com and The San Francisco Chronicle.
