Susan and I, though I’m missing the first one because I’ll be in NY checking out a few mezcal bars there, will walk you through the variations in the bottles, history, and answer all your questions. This first tasting will focus on the wide variation in the world of the mainstay of mezcal, the espadin. You’re welcome to stay after the tasting to sample more of Lolo’s extensive mezcal collection or to eat.
