Classic aromas of berry, watermelon rind, and an earthy core are heady and enticing. A hint of butteriness comes through the more you dig in, accompanied by dark green vegetation and cucumber freshness. 


Raspberries, sweetened chocolate, and candied orange all burst with big bold flavor. Mouth watering and smooth, with a hint of white pepper spice throughout, it is so easy to drink and not the slightest bit hot. A toasted butter flavor comes through on the finish, highlighting the otherwise fresh and fruity notes. Effortless to love. 


The family is invested in continuous sustainable reforestation of the variety, though this expression is currently made from wild agaves around 25 years old that grow 1800 meters above sea level. Agaves are cooked in a traditional earthen oven before being crushed with a tahona. The mash is wild yeast fermented in wooden vats before being distilled twice in copper pot stills.
