Considering how far Baja is from Mexico’s famous mezcal regions, it’s impressive that Los Cabos still has enough agave tasting experiences to earn its own page in our directory. La Lupita has locations in both Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo. They feature live music, tequila and mezcal cocktails, and a fairly extensive mezcal menu, including brands such as Legendario Domingo and Cuishe.

Drift – Part of a hotel and restaurant, this San Jose del Cabo mezcal bar has a surprisingly extensive collection of mezcal, as well as some sotol, and mezcal cocktails. Their tequila collection is less thoughtful.
