Patrón 100 is an exclusive, distilled-to-proof 100-proof (50% ABV) Blanco tequila that stands out for its artisanal, mezcal-like fermentation process. Unlike standard Patrón, it is made with 100% Tahona-crushed agave and undergoes a slow, open-air, spontaneous fermentation in wooden vats with the agave fibers intact.
