Payment & Vaccine Documentation Timeline
Your place on a trip is not guaranteed until the following have all been completed:
Deposits & Payment: A 50% deposit is required to hold your spot for a trip, with the balance of the payment due no later than 60 days before the start day of your trip.
Proof of Full Vaccination: All guests must show proof of full COVID-19 vaccination to confirm their spot for all trips until further notice. Proof of vaccination is due no later than 60 days before the start date of your trip.

Please note that failure to pay or provide documentation on time may result in your spot being cancelled, upon which you will be refunded minus a $500 fee to cover non refundable expenses.
Cancellations & Refunds
We reserve the right to change our operating policies at any time in order to prioritize the safety and health of our guests as well as the inhabitants of the regions we travel to.
Cancelled & Postponed Trips By Us
In the event of a trip cancellation or postponement, guests will be notified as soon as the decision has been made. In the event of a cancelled or postponed trip due to COVID-19, guests will have the option to receive a refund minus a $500 service fee that covers non refundable expenses, or keep a travel credit to apply to the new dates of the trip or an upcoming trip. Travel credits must be used within a 12 month period unless otherwise specified.
Cancellations By You
60+ days before trip start date
If you need to cancel your place on one of our trips for any reason you will be charged a $500 fee to cover non refundable expenses. The remaining balance of any payment can be refunded in the original payment method or saved as a travel credit to be applied to a future trip. Travel credit must be used within a 12 month period unless otherwise specified.
Less than 60 days of trip start date
Cancellations between 60 and 30 days of a trip start date will receive a 50% refund of their full payment.
Less than 30 days before trip start date
Guests who cancel within less than 30 days of a trip start date for any reason may not be eligible for a refund. This is processed on a case by case basis depending on the circumstances and payment schedule of our vendors.
