Brisket Pechuga Release Party – Las Almas Rotas, Dallas

Join Xaime Neimbro, owner of Gracias a Dios Mezcal as we launch our pechuga de brisket! Back in October we went down to their palenque in Oaxaca with a smoked brisket in order to make our own mezcal de pechuga. We chose brisket as it is the essence of Texas BBQ and we wanted this to be symbolic of the friendship between the people of Texas and Mexico. A limited amount of bottles has been released and the rest of the batch will rest in glass for a year. Mohon Barbecue, the folks who smoked the original brisket will be on hand serving brisket tacos as well!
